For Clinic Owners and Leaders
1. Marking a Resource as Required
When creating or editing a playlist:
Go to Playlists → open or create a playlist.
Add or select a resource.
Click “Requires acknowledgement” to enable acknowledgement tracking.
Save your changes.
Once marked as Required:
All assigned practitioners will see the resource labeled as Required in their view.
The acknowledgement tracking automatically begins — no extra setup needed.
2. How Acknowledgements Are Tracked
Allie automatically tracks acknowledgements for every practitioner who can access a Required resource.
At a glance: Clinic Owners can view acknowledgement completion rates in the Home > Overview.
Per resource: Each resource displays which practitioners have acknowledged it, along with timestamps.
How Practitioners Acknowledge a Resource
Open Allie and go to your Home or Playlist view.
Look for resources labeled with the “Required” tag.
Click the resource to review it.
After reading or completing it, select “Acknowledge” at the bottom of the page.
The system will update your acknowledgement date and mark the resource as Acknowledged.
