How to Set Up Resources and Playlists

1. Access the Resource Section

Navigate to the 'Resources' tab from the main menu.

2. Creating a New Resource

  • Fill in the details for your new resource, such as the title and description.

  • Upload any relevant documents or files that should be included in this resource.

  • Click 'Save' to add the resource to your library.

3. Creating a New Playlist

  • Enter a name for your playlist.

  • Choose from the list of available resources to add to your playlist.

  • Arrange the resources in the desired order for viewing.

  • Share the playlist with selected practitioners.

  • Click 'Save' to finalize your playlist.

4. Managing Resources and Playlists

  • Edit Resources:

    • To edit an existing resource, select it from the list and click 'Edit'.

    • Make necessary changes and save.

  • Edit Playlists:

    • To edit a playlist, select it and click 'Edit'.

    • Add or remove resources and change the sharing settings.

  • Delete:

    • To remove a resource or playlist, select it and click 'Delete'.

    • Confirm the action to complete the deletion.

  • Practitioner Onboarding: Create a playlist with all necessary onboarding documents and training materials for new practitioners.

  • Metrics Training: Set up a playlist with resources explaining how to track and interpret various metrics in Allie.

  • Continuing Professional Development (CPD): Maintain a playlist for CPD resources, ensuring practitioners can easily access ongoing training materials.
