Credentials refer to compliance documents that validate a practitioner's qualifications, certifications, and licenses. This new section provides a centralised hub for managing documents.
👥 Permissions:
Clinic Owner/Leader: Can access and manage credential documents for all practitioners within the clinic.
Clinic Mentor: Has access to credential management for all practitioners within their designated team.
Practitioner: Can manage their own credential documents within their profile.
📝 Document Status:
Valid: Documents with expiration dates longer than 8 weeks.
Expiring Soon: Documents with expiration dates within 8 weeks.
Expired: Documents with expiration dates that have passed.
✉️ To facilitate timely renewals and ensure compliance, automated reminder emails are sent to both practitioners and clinic owners under the following circumstances:
"Expiring Soon" Alert: Sent when a document is expiring soon.
"Expired" Alert: Sent when a document has expired.
