If the user is already in Allie, we will need to remove the user first and re-invite them with the new role, because the Clinic Leader role is a different level of permission.

Here are the easy steps:

Navigate to Settings -> Team, find the user's name, click the 3 dots across it, then select "Remove User"
In the same page, click "Add New User", enter the email, select the role, enter the name, then click Next.
An alert will appear once successful.
